LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

To access Benefits Open Enrollment system please follow these steps:

Already have an Oracle/FIS or Employee Self Service access?
Use your existing username and password. 

If you do not have an Oracle/FIS or Employee Self Service access or have not logged into the system

Username: M + your 5 digit badge number + your last name
(Example:  M12345SAMPLE)

Password: Last four digits of Social Security Number prefixed by letters a,b,c,d.  You will be required to change password upon first login.
(Example: a1b2c3d4  - all lowercase)

To reset passwords during Open Enrollment
Follow the Reset Password (Employees)  link on the Login Page and follow instructions.

 

The first time you log in to Oracle Open Enrollment System, it will prompt you to change your password.

 
The rules to reset password are:
 
1. It has to be 6 characters in length or greater.
2. It has to have at least one number.
3. It has to have at least one letter.
4. There can not be any repeating numbers or letters.

Oracle/FIS users with active account and password may continue to use the same username and password.
